Rising Phoenix: A New RevolutionBorn in Texas and raised in New Mexico, Sheridan is a disabled (legally blind), Korean American director based in Los Angeles. His directorial debut, LITTLE BROTHER, which stars JK Simmons, Daniel Diemer, and Philip Ettinger, took home the Audience Award at the 2023 Atlanta Film Festival and was picked up for distribution by Gravitas Ventures. In 2023, Sheridan was selected for the Inevitable Foundation's Accelerate Fellowship. Additionally, Sheridan participated in Film Independent's 2025 Episodic Directing Intensive. Previously, he was in the Inevitable Foundation's Elevate Collective Cohort for disabled writers and a fellow of the DisabilityBelongs (formerly RespectAbility) Entertainment Lab, highlighting him as a dynamic voice in a new generation of diverse storytellers. He most recently directed RISING PHOENIX: A NEW REVOLUTION, a follow-up to the Emmy Award-winning film RISING PHOENIX, which features Lauren Ridloff, Jim LeBrecht, Ezra Frech, and is produced by P&G Studios, Harder Than You Think, and co-produced by Ventureland. Sheridan’s work explores identity and human connection through character-driven narratives that seamlessly balance catharsis and humor. Sheridan is represented by CAA, Odenkirk-Provissiero and Elle Potruch.
