Lyntoria Newton

Lyntoria Newton, (she/her), working at Caring Across Generations as a Culture Change Manager where she leads the organization’s impact initiatives with care-inclusive film/TV projects. Since joining Caring Across, she has led impact activations with Amazon/MGM, Netflix, Fox Searchlight Pictures, and others. Lyntoria has a background in producing and recently co-produced LIFE AFTER, which premiered at Sundance 2025. Before joining Caring Across, she worked on projects that touched on issues at the intersections of race, gender, disability, and environmental justice. She was an impact producer on the feature documentary “Mossville: When Great Trees Fall,” which premiered at Full Frame Documentary Film Festival, where it won the Human Rights Award. She was also the Impact Producer for the If/Then short documentary “Status Pending.” She has taught documentary filmmaking and film impact-producing courses at the Bay Area Video Coalition, San Francisco Film School, and Northwestern University. Lyntoria holds an M.F.A. in Documentary Film and Video from Stanford University and a B.A from Hampshire College.
